For daily newspaper publisher :
1) For daily newspaper publisher, no payment needs to make first. Instead, this user just needs to fill in the form title “Daily Newspaper Publisher Registration Form”.
2) Once we have received this form, we will send a Customer ID to this user via the email address specified by this user.
3) We will issue an invoice to this user every first day of a month for this user to make payment accordingly.
4) All payment must make to :

Non-daily newspaper, magazine and book publisher site :
1) For non-daily newspaper, magazine and book publishers, they need to make payment to us first and then fill up the form title “Prepaid Registration Form”.
2) The “Prepaid Registration Form” is as shown in the link below :

3) All payment must make to :

4) Once we have received this form, we will send the Bookcode Number to this user via email with email address specified by this user.
5) Only email address filled into this “Prepaid Registration Form” is used by us to send email to this user, or the user use this email address to attach Excel and Image files and send to us.
6) When user want to post this Bookcode Number data (Excel and image files) into our cloud, he/she need to fill in the “Posting of Bookcode Number Form” and attach the said Excel and Image files into this form and send to us.
7) Once we have received these Excel and Image files we will post these files into our cloud.
8) Then the said printed material is accessible by our Bookcode program.
Note:
i) For re-post of Bookcode Excel and Image files due to user error, RM50.00 is charge as handling fee.
ii) After payment made, the user needs to fill up the form title “Re-post of Bookcode Number Form”.
iii) Once we have received this form, we will post this latest Bookcode Excel and Image files to our cloud.
iv) Then we will send a notification email to this user that the Bookcode Number content has been updated.
PDF file for Bookcode Number distribution :
a) For prepaid customer, their each RM100.00 payment will receive one PDF file from us. This PDF file contained the respective Bookcode Number and other detail.
b) For multi hundreds payment, this customer will receive multiple PDF files accordingly.
