Prepaid Registration Form :
1) After a customer paid to buy a Bookcode Number, he/she need to fill up the form title “Prepaid Registration Form” provided.
2) This form will request for company name, email address, payment detail, etc.
3) After we have received this form from user, we will send a Bookcode Number to this user via email.
4) Let say this Bookcode Number is going to use for a user new book, once this user received the Bookcode Number, he/she can print its Bookcode Barcode on the upper right of this book front cover.
5) Once this book is completely prepared, the user can send this Bookcode Excel and Image files to us, for us to post them into our cloud. Then reader bought this book can access the book content by scanning the Bookcode Barcode first, follow by the Content Barcode. Subsequent action just needs to scan other Content Barcode to watch video of others article in this book.
6) To do this, the user needs to fill up the form title “Posting of Bookcode Number Form”. In this form the user attaches the Excel and Image files and send to us.
7) After we have helped a customer post his/her Excel and Image files, we will send a notification email to this customer, with email title format as below :
Date@Bookcode Number@Post Successfully
8) For example, let say we already post the Bookcode Folder name 2512387170 on 19/Jun/25 for customer C, then we will email to customer C with email title as below :
19/Jun/25@2512387170@Post Successfully
9) After customer C received the post successfully email from us, he can try to scan the barcode of this book cover to see the content is correct or not.
10) If after scan the book cover Bookcode Barcode, the customer smartphone show “Invalid barcode”, then this customer can fill up the form title “Report of Bookcode Number Problem Form” and send to us.
11) Once we received this form, we will check its problem as soon as possible.
